  • Do I need equipment to start?

    Not at all! Pilates was born on the mat, and that’s where we’ll begin if you don’t have equipment. If you do have props or a reformer, I’ll seamlessly incorporate them into your sessions. All you need is a little space and a willingness to show up for yourself.

  • What if I’ve never done Pilates before?

    No worries! My sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a total beginner or returning to movement after a break, I’ll guide you step-by-step with modifications and support to ensure you feel confident and safe.

  • How do virtual classes work?

    All sessions are held via Zoom. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to join the class. Simply set up your mat or equipment in a quiet space, and I’ll guide you through the session in real-time. It’s like having a private studio experience, but from the comfort of your home!

  • What’s the difference between private and group sessions?

    Private sessions are one-on-one and completely tailored to your goals, needs, and schedule. Group classes offer a sense of community and are capped to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Both options are supportive, low-impact, and designed to help you feel accomplished and calm.

  • How do I sign up for group classes?

    Right now, group classes are on a waitlist. Join the waitlist here to be the first to know when spots open up!

  • What if I have a busy schedule?

    I get it—life is hectic! That’s why I offer flexible scheduling options for private sessions and will work with you to find a time that fits your life.

  • How do I get started?

    Start with my Intro Pack: 3 private sessions for $300. It’s the perfect way to ease into Pilates, get personalized guidance, and see how transformative this practice can be.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

    Yes! I understand that life happens. I just ask for 24 hour notice for private sessions and 12 hour notice for group sessions so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. This helps me see your alignment and provide the best guidance during our sessions.
